Follow the signs for The Otter Sanctuary and North Petherwin. Follow the road for 3 miles to Langdon Cross then turn left at the Countryman Pub towards the Otter Sanctuary and North Petherwin.
In the village at the crossroads go straight across and continue for about 1 mile out of the village. Going down the hill through the woodland, over a small stream and up to a small open green space.
The drive down to Lower Penrose can be found on your right again down through the woods. Please be aware the drive is an “unmade drive of hardcore and is if driven with care suitable for most family vehicles, but not for low vehicles or sports cars. Follow the drive down to the bottom and out into a small gravel courtyard beside the house.
