Penrose Cottage sits in two acres of garden with a large wildlife pond all of which you are welcome to explore and enjoy. We are also dog friendly and there are many footpaths and off road walking places accessible from the property.

The cottage is part of the old farmhouse and has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

Living Room

The heart of any house, the living room is warm and cosy with dual aspect light coming from the window at one end and the wide patio doors leading to the garden at the other. There are two comfortable sofas to relax and watch TV or play games, as well as a round wooden table dining to seat 4 adults.

 

The living room and the whole property is dog friendly with laminate flooring in all of the downstairs rooms. We would kindly ask that the pets are not permitted on any of the furniture or beds.

Outside the patio doors lie a secluded Patio area together with patio furniture and a gas BBQ. his area catches the evening sunshine and is ideal for quiet reflection, reading and relaxing.

Kitchen

A modern, equipped kitchen with everything required to have a relaxing holiday. Fitted with a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, the kitchen has everything you need. A small downstairs toilet and sink leads off from the kitchen.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom originally designed as the master bedroom for the whole property. High vaulted ceiling with an abundance of light from windows and patio doors. The doors open onto your own private balcony with stunning views across the valley. The bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom complete with its own roll-top bath.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom, is as spacious as the first with again its own en-suite bathroom. With a large window overlooking the gardens the room has plenty of natural light and spacious storage. The bathroom is large and has shower over bath.
